Comments: (7) Immediately after the counting of the votes pursuant to this section has terminated, a candidate or his counting agent present at the count may, by completing Form No. 30, demand a recount and thereupon, unless the returning officer considers the demand to be unreasonable having regard to the result of the first count, he shall proceed to recount the votes to ascertain the result of the poll.
