Delimitation of constituencies
Question:Are constituencies delimited for election purposes?
Answer: a. Yes
Comments: The National Assembly deputies shall be elected according to constituencies. Each constituency may elect not more than three deputies. Each province or city directly under the Central Government shall be divided into various constituencies.

Question:On what criteria are the boundaries drawn?
Answer(s): a. "Equality" of population
d. Conformity with local jurisdiction boundaries
Comments: The number and the list of constituencies and the number of deputies for each constituency shall be determined according to its size of population by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
