Respuestas Each of the 18 provinces elect 5 members on the basis of Closed-List Proportional Representation. Another 130 seats are awarded using the entire country as a single multi-member constituency and using a PR electoral formula. Three seats are held by representatives of Angolans living abroad. There are 223 seats in total.
