When are ballots recounted?

Question:Under what conditions are ballots recounted?
Answer(s): g. No information available
Comments: The OSCE/ODIHR Limited Election Observation Mission Report on the No reference to recounting in electoral code (2014) 2009 parliamentary elections recommended that the legislation should be amended to foresee recounting of votes. The same concern was raised by the PACE Ad Hoc Committee, in particular with the introduction of a majoritarian component shortly before the 2009 parliamentary elections. This recommendation was not addressed.
