The Constituency Boundaries Commission shall consist of— (a) a Chairman appointed by the Governor, acting in his discretion; (b) a member (in this section referred to as "the judicial member") appointed by the Governor, acting in his discretion, from among persons who hold or have held high judicial office; (c) two members appointed by the Governor, acting in accordance with the advice of the Premier, from among the members of the two Houses; and (d) two members appointed by the Governor, acting in accordance with the advice of the Opposition Leader, from among those members.
