Candidates wishing to participate in elections to the National Assembly shall submit their applications in duplicate before the National Electoral Commission no later than thirty days before the date of the election. Each party list must contain a number of candidates equal to the seats in the constituency concerned. In addition, there is a deposit requirement of 100,000 francs per candidate.
