The limited vote system is used. "Method of voting. 22. At a contested election for members of the Parliament each elector may vote for as many candidates as there are vacancies to be filled unless there are more vacancies than ten, in which case each elector may vote for not more than ten candidates. Equality of votes. 22A.(1) Where the counting of votes (including any recount) has been completed and an equality of votes is found to exist between any candidates and the addition of a vote would entitle any of those candidates to be declared elected, a new poll shall be conducted as between those candidates on the day 21 days after the date of that election."
