When are ballots recounted?

Question:Under what conditions are ballots recounted?
Answer(s): d. By request
Comments: If the Board finds any problem in the polling or counting processes in a polling center that could affect any of the preliminary results of the electoral district, it may, where appropriate, cancel the election results in that center and re-conduct the polling and counting processes in that center at the time and in the manner that it deems appropriate.
