Question:How do electors cast their votes?
Answer(s): a. Manually marking of ballots
Comments: Every voter shall exercise his/her right to vote as follows: When the voter appears before the polling and counting committee, the committee shall .A verify his/her identity and make sure that his/her name is registered in the final voter list for that district by checking the computer and the hard-copies of the list. The list shall be marked electronically and by hand to indicate that the voter has exercised his/her right to vote. B. The chair of the polling and counting committee or one of its two members shall give the actual voter a ballot paper. C. The actual voter shall: (i) mark in the designated place the name, number or emblem of one of the lists standing for election in that electoral district; (ii) mark in the designated place of one or more of the candidate names in that specific list
