Respuestas Latvia is divided into separate electoral districts. The number of representatives to the Saeima, to be elected from each district, shall be proportional to the number of electors in each district. Article 7 (1) Latvia shall be divided into five constituencies for the Saeima elections: Riga; Vidzeme; Latgale; Kurzeme and Zemgale.
