Question:Is it compulsory to be on the voters register?
Answer: a. Yes
Comments: In order that a qualified elector may vote in any election, plebiscite or referendum, he/she must be registered in the permanent list of voters for the city or municipality in which he resides. Voters must also submit themselves for validation as part of the biometric voter registration process in order to be registered.
