комментарии The President is both the head of state and the head of government. There shall be a President for the Republic of the Sudan to be directly elected by the people in national elections. The Presidential candidate who wins more than 50% of the total votes of the polling electorate shall be the President elect. Where the percentage is not attained, there shall be a run-off election between the two presidential candidates who have obtained the highest number of votes.
