Question:How is the Head of State selected?
Answer(s): c. Directly elected in general elections (absolute majority with 2nd round if necessary)
Comments: The candidate who obtains the absolute majority of valid votes cast is elected President. If none of the candidates obtains the absolute majority of votes, there shall be a second round between the two candidates that obtained the highest number of votes on the first round.
