Réponses The Head of the Czech Republic is the President of the Republic. The President is elected at a joint meeting of both the House of Deputies and the Senate. There are two possibilities in the Czech Republic to vote for the President--public voting or secret voting. The way the President is elected depends on the decision of the Chambers of Parliament.
