Answer(s): c. Directly elected in general elections (absolute majority with 2nd round if necessary)
Comments: The President is elected by an absolute majority of the valid votes cast. If no candidate obtains the absolute majority, there will be, within 21 days, a second round, among the two candidates that obtained the highest number of votes.
