Chef du gouvernement

QuestionComment est choisi le chef du gouvernement?
Answer: a. Directement élu dans le cadre d’élections générales (majorité simple)
Réponses It is not a classic absolute majority election system. If the candidate with more votes does not win the 40% of the total votes cast at a national level, or a minimum of 35% but with an advantage of more than 5% regarding the second candidate, there will be a second round between the two candidates who have obtained the greatest amount of votes. The presidential term lasts five years. Reelection is allowed, provided that it is not for an immediate period.
