 international observation is a common endeavour involving the OSCE Off
 ice for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR)\, the OS
 CE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA)\, the Parliamentary Assembly of th
 e Council of Europe (PACE) and the European Parliament (EP).\n\nThe pr
 eliminary statement will be delivered by Wolfgang Grossruck who leads 
 the short-term OSCE observer mission and heads the OSCE PA delegation\
 , followed by Paul Wille\, Head of the PACE delegation\, Anneli Jäät
 teenmaki\, Head of the EP delegation\, and Ambassador Audrey Glover\, 
 Head of the OSCE/ODIHR long-term election observation mission.
