DESCRIPTION:An Experts Workshop on Election Observation will be held i
 n Accra from in the third week of November(17-19\, 2009). The aim of t
 he workshop is to bring together experts and specialised organisations
  to review the curriculum of Koffi Annan's International Peacekeeping 
 Training Center's Election Observation course in order to align it to 
 the priorities\,needs and experiences of ECOWAS and  AU. Besides\, it 
 will provide a platform for sharing of experiences from recent elelcti
 on observation missions in Africa.
