 t took place in 2004\, ACEEEO organized the 2nd EPE Evaluation Seminar
  in Budapest\, Hungary with the collaboration of Hungarian National Of
 fice. 13 countries from the European region participated in the semina
 r and topics such as increasing voter turnout\, information exchange a
 mong EU member states before finalizing voters' lists and information 
 exchange of the results\, were discussed. Additionally\, ACE was also 
 promoted.
