DESCRIPTION:The workshop organized by EISA and NDI was for members of 
 the SADC Electoral Support Members. It was the fourth under a programm
 e designed to improve election observation by regional monitoring orga
 nisations. It focused on improving communications systems through tech
 nology and monitoring elections in accordance with regional and intern
 ational standards. ACE was used as part of the workshop.
