DESCRIPTION:This workshop had three main objectives\: Consolidation of
  methodology in line with international and regional standards of demo
 cratic elections\, improvement of observers capabilities through devel
 opment of common approach in the recruitment and training of observers
   and contribution to democratic process in third countries through\: 
 supporting domestic observers and CSOs through regional partners and d
 evelopment & promotion of strategies for implementation of recommendat
 ions including capacity building. Goree Regional Center also participa
 ted in this event\, where ACE was used and promoted.
