Irrelevant questions
What are the criteria for a question to be considered as irrelevant?
ACE Network Facilitators have the discretion to decide whether a question is relevant or not. Irrelevant questions are:
- questions poorly formulated, failing to express a concept clearly and in a concise manner;
- questions covering thematic subjects not having any perceived relevance with the thematic subjects covered by ACE Electoral Knowledge Network;
- questions addressing issues deemd by the ACE Network Facilitators to be of a controversial or politically sensitive nature;
- questions formulated using offensive, defamatory or inflammatory language.
