Respuestas Article 22: (3) The Permanent Electoral Authority shall draw up, keep, and permanently update the Electoral registry until 31 March of each year. At the level of each county and district of the municipality of Bucharest, the Electoral register including the electors with the domicile or residence under the jurisdiction of the administrative-territorial unit shall be kept and updated by the territorial bureau of the Permanent Electoral Authority.
