Answer:	a. The polling stations
Comments:	After polling has closed, the Electoral Board shall establish how many votes have been cast in the polling district for the individual constituency nominations and Land lists.

When are ballots recounted?

Question:	Under what conditions are ballots recounted?
Answer(s):	d. By request
Comments:	Two Board members designated by the Electoral Officer shall verify the calculation (of votes). If a member of the Electoral Board requests a recount of the votes prior to the signature of the election record, the procedure stipulated in subsections (1) to (6) above shall be repeated. The reasons for the recount shall be minuted in the election record.
