Comments:	Article 96: The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia shall oversee the constitutionality and lawfulness of elections. Article 98: An objection for irregularities in the nomination procedure and in the election procedure is to be presented to the National Election Commission within 48 hours from the expiry of the day when the disputable activity has been performed.
