Article 1(2): The Election of Members of House of Representatives, People’s Representatives Council, and Regional House of Representatives is the Election to elect members of House of Representatives, Regional Representatives Council, Provincial House of Representatives, and Regency/Municipal Regional House of Representatives in the Unified State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Article 1(6-10) provide information on electoral bodies for elections from the national level to the village level.
