Comments:
The elections of Islamic Consultative Assembly shall be enforced according to the regulations of this act and the government is duly obliged to hold the elections before the termination of last period so that the territory never runs without Parliament. Presidental Electoral Law: This law demonstrates the general aspects of the presidential election. It assigns the required conditions of the potential candidates, responsible governmental bodies, the process of qualification, how the president is certificated and how he can officially start his presidency and so on. This law is important to understand the mechanism and nature of presidential elections in Iran. The law should be approved by the parliament in compliance with current constitution.
