Answer: a. The polling stations
Comments: The counting of votes shall begin immediately after the end of voting and is conducted without interruption until the results of voting are determined in the same hall where the voting was held.

When are ballots recounted?
Question:Under what conditions are ballots recounted?

Comments: In case of discrepancy between the results of the vote according to the data of the automatic reading ballot box and the results of the manual vote counting, at the request of the representative of the candidate, a political party or an observer, the ballots shall be recalculated with the direct participation of the representative of the candidate, a political party or an observer and the possibility of their visual control. The ballot papers shall be recalculated aloud.
