Respuestas Subject to the provisions of this Act or of any written law imposing any disqualification for registration as a voter, every person, who has attained the age of eighteen years or upwards, shall be entitled to be registered as a voter in a constituency for the purpose of electing a representative for that constituency if, on the qualifying date.
