• Armenia:Statements of preliminary findings and conclusions, OSCE (2012) Parliament elections in Armenia were held on May 6th 2012 under the new rules established by the new Electoral Code. `Territorial and central election commissions worked in an open and transparent manner. However some inconsistencies were observed, such as unequal playing field for electoral contestants, intimidation of voters, other serious violations. The improvement from the last elections is recognizable.
