  • May 04, 2010: International Conference on Democracy and Decentralisation In the framework of the Swiss Chair of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, together with the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe and St Gallen University, is organizing a conference on 'Democracy and Decentralisation'. Representatives from all Council of Europe member states will be present, and the focus will be given on strengthening of democracy.
