USA: Local and Absentee Voter Registration Drives on a College Campus, CIRCLE (2009) This study examines the outcomes of an in-person campus voter drive conducted at Northwestern University in fall 2008, in which students were offered two options of registration and voting: college state or home state (absentee). Based on the findings, the study offers several suggestions aimed at increasing voter registration and voting itself.
