Electoral Registration Quality May Guarantee Credibility, Angola Press (2007)

The co-ordinator of the Inter-ministerial Commission for the Electoral Process (CIPE), Virgilio de Fontes Pereira, said that the quality of the electoral registration may secure a calm and credible process, as it intends to reach all citizens at the age for voting.
