Comments: The costs of preparation and holding of elections, including voting machine and media broadcasts are at the expense of the state budget adopted by the Council of Ministers plan account consistent with the Central Election Commission. Plan-account election is taken not later than 55 days before election day. The National Assembly shall pass the state budget bill and the budget report.
