Question: How do electors cast their votes?

Comments: L'électeur prend lui-même un bulletin, se rend dans l'isoloir,
marque son choix et plie le bulletin de manière à cacher son vote. Il faut savoir que c'est le bulletin unique qui est utilisé.
Voters take a ballot, head to the booth, and mark their vote. They then secretly hide their vote by folding the ballot. Each voter is to receive only one ballot.
