Voting method

Question:How do electors cast their votes?
Answer(s): a. Manually marking of ballots
Comments: The voter only may mark his/her preference on the ballot, with the black graphite pencil provided, by tracing a vertical line that crosses the horizontal line printed on the left side of the candidate's number or on the option of his/her preference in the case of a plebiscite. Then, the voter will proceed to fold the ballot according to the indications of its creases and must deposit it into the ballot box.
