Answer(s): a. Equal regardless of size of party and previous performance
b. Based on number of candidates put forward in present elections
Comments: For legislative elections, airtime is shared among parties or coalitions in proportion to the number of candidates they represent in the current election. For presidential elections, airtime is distributed equally among all candidates competing for the Presidency.
