Question:Where can electors vote?
Answer(s): a. At a specified polling station in the locality where they are registered at national elections

Comments: Mobile Ballot Box: The list of a mobile ballot box is drawn up based on general and special lists of voters if: a) a voter is unable to independently visit the polling premises due to limited capabilities or health conditions; b) a voter is imprisoned; c) a voter is in hospital for treatment or in any other inpatient medical facility with no polling station established in it; d) a voter is a military serviceman, serves in the military unit at the state border, which is located far from the polling station and within which no polling station is established; e) a voter is on the territory of the election district, but on a place difficult to access.

Voting outside the country is permitted for


Question:Who can vote from outside the country?
Answer(s): b. Citizens residing outside the country
d. Members of the armed forces
f. Diplomatic staff
Comments: The voters who are staying abroad on the polling day and who are registered with a consular office of Georgia, voters who are registered abroad but are not registered with a consular office of Georgia, and voters who are not registered with a consular office of Georgia and are not registered abroad but will go through electoral registration not later than the 19 day before the Election Day in a PEC set up abroad, at a diplomatic mission of Georgia abroad or in a consular office of Georgia. Military and special rank personnel from various Georgian ministries and security services, whose service or health conditions require them to be at a different address from their registered place, will have their lists compiled by their commanders or heads and submitted to the appropriate DECs
