Comments: Any person staying or living in a foreign country shall make a report via a mission: 1. Any person who will not return home until the election day because he/she stays or lives in a foreign country

Voting method


Question:How do electors cast their votes?
Answer(s): a. Manually marking of ballots
Comments: An elector, after receiving the ballot paper, shall enter a balloting booth, select one candidate (referring to one political party in the election of the proportional representative National Assembly members and the election of the proportional representative local council members), from among those entered in the ballot paper, make a mark in the corresponding column of the ballot paper, fold the ballot paper on the spot so that other persons can not see the contents, and then put it in the ballot box in the presence of the voting witnesses.
