Question:Which is the authority responsible for the registration of voters for national elections?

Comments: Article 9: Every year, during the first half of March, the municipal council (collège des bourgmestre et échevins) publishes an official notice inviting citizens to submit proof of eligibility for registration on the electoral lists if they are not already listed. Applications must be submitted by April 1, with a receipt provided.
