Answer(s): a. At a specified polling station in the locality where they are registered at national elections
b. At any polling station in the same voting district

Comments: Les articles 64 et 65 traitent des differentes possibilites qui s’offrent à l’electeur pour accomplir son droit de vote. In presidential elections and referendums, electors can vote in any polling station, as long as they have a valid voter card.
