Comments: The registration of voters and the conduct of elections shall be subject to the direction and supervision of Independent National Electoral Commission. The Commission shall compile, maintain, and update on a continuous basis the Register of Voters which shall include the names of all persons entitled to vote in any Federal, State or Local Government or Area Council elections.
