Comments: If, no later than on the day of vote, he has attained 18 years of age, Polish citizen shall have the right to participate in a referendum and the right to vote for the President of the Republic of Poland as well as representatives to the Sejm and Senate and organs of local government.

Comments: If, no later than on the day of vote, he has attained 18 years of age, Polish citizen shall have the right to participate in a referendum and the right to vote for the President of the Republic of Poland as well as representatives to the Sejm and Senate and organs of local government. § 9 Part B covers the electoral register of European Union citizens who are not Polish citizens, permanently residing in the territory of the municipality and entitled to exercise voting rights in the Polish Republic.

Question:Which is the authority responsible for the registration of voters for national elections?

Comments: § 8 Voters who are Polish citizens, with permanent residence in the area of the municipality shall be automatically entered into the register of voters. § 12 The register of voters is available for perusal, upon written request, at the office of the municipality.
