Article 73
Electors who are doing their national service or are on temporary military duty, or electors who are performing duties in units or institutions of the Army of Yugoslavia, shall vote in the proclaimed polling place nearest to barracks where they are on service or on temporary military duty.
Article 73a
The voters temporarily residing abroad shall vote at diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Republic of Serbia and at special polling stations determined by the Republic Electoral Commission, with the Commission having consulted beforehand with the ministry in charge of foreign affairs.
