Question:Where can electors vote?
Answer(s): a. At a specified polling station in the locality where they are registered at national elections
c. At any polling station in the same country
Comments: Le nombre de bureaux de vote est fixé par la Commission Electorale Indépendante. Article 52: Students, military, police personnel and such other people when it is regarded necessary, are permitted to vote in the electoral area from where they did not register but a written statement shall be made thereafter.

Answer(s): c. Citizens outside the country (including those on vacation)
Comments: Possible for all voters abroad. Article 52: Students, military, police personnel and such other people when it is regarded necessary, are permitted to vote in the electoral area from where they did not register but a written statement shall be made thereafter.
