Voting outside the country is permitted for
Question:Who can vote from outside the country?
Answer(s): a. Outside the country voting is not permitted
Comments: A person who is a citizen of Seychelles and has attained the age of eighteen years is entitled to be registered as a voter unless the person is disqualified from registration under an Act on the ground of residence outside Seychelles Constitution, art. 114). However, any citizen of Seychelles living overseas may be registered as a voter if he is issued with a National Identity Card and he resides in an electoral area for a minimum period of 3 months, immediately prior to registration (Elections Amendment Act, sec. 2)
