Comments: All citizens of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, irrespective of their ethnicity, sex, social standing, belief, religion, educational level, occupation, length of residence, who have attained the age of full eighteen years and over shall have the right to vote. Each voter can register his/her name only in the list in the place where he/she is permanently or temporarily residing.
