Question:What is the status of the electoral law governing national elections?
Answer(s): b. Separate legislation
Comments: The Constitution has a few provisions on electoral matters, however there is a specific legislation (Electoral and Political Parties' Law), along with its own set of rules, which regulates all issues related to the electoral administration, including the regime of political parties.
