Comments: The U.S. Constitution and other U.S. election laws that apply to the general elections in the United States apply to Guam, since the President of the United States is the Head of State of Guam. The election of the Governor of Guam has been updated and is reflected in the 2019 Guam Statutes. Members of the Legislature of Guam are elected according to US Code 48 Ch. 8A.
