Electoral Disputes Agency(ies)


Question:What are the agency(ies) responsible for the first level of formal electoral disputes?

Comments: The National Election Committee shall decide on all complaints relating to the election, except for complaints which fall under the jurisdiction of the courts. The Constitutional Council has the right to examine and to decide on litigation related to the elections of the members of the National Assembly and the elections to the Senate.
